How to factory reset:

1.From the home screen, tap Settings.

2.Scroll to, then tap Factory reset.

3.Tap Reset Device.

4.Tap OK.

If you cannot reset the device via the Settings, open the SIM card cover, and use a paperclip to press the reset button in for 10 seconds. 

Velocity 2 APN Settings:  

Connect your laptop or phone to your Velocity 2. Once connected pull up a web browser and type http://192.168.1.1 or http://attwifimanager 

Once you have that site up your will type in "attadmin" as the password to log in to the site. (If this does not work please perform a factory reset on the device.)

1. Click Settings>Click Network 

2.Click APN 

3.Click the Radial button Beside "Manual" > Click ADD

This will allow you to enter the APN information below. (These are case sensitive) 

APNS/Settings: (PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ARE CASE SENSITIVE)  

• APN: epc.tmobile.com *(if this does not work please try b2b.static OR broadband)                                                                                           
• PDP TYPE: IPV4
• Authentication: PAP
• USER: Leave blank
• Password: Leave blank                                                            

Then proceed to click the "Set Default" button. Afterward please restart the device by powering it off for a moment then back on and test it.
