(A) The V4 supports 32 devices connected over wireless and has one Ethernet port located on the back. -How to set up your V4 for the first time- (A) 1. Plug power adapter into modem, then plug into wall socket 2. Wait 30 seconds for the modem to boot up. Check lights to make sure they are appropriately lit 3.

After inserting a new sim card into the V4 device you will need to factory reset the device. You can do this by holding the reset button located on the back of the device for 30 seconds with a paperclip or similar item. The device will reboot which takes about 1-2 minutes to fully complete.   If the sim was inserted correctly and the device was able to autodetect the APN device should look like this (Net will be blinking if connected)-

Once connected to the V4 device you will pull up the UI (Admin page) for the device. In the box titled "Wi-Fi Information, you'll see "Devices Connected". You will click on this- From this screen you will see "Block"
