V4 UI and APN settings.

After inserting a new sim card into the V4 device you will need to factory reset the device. You can do this by holding the reset button located on the back of the device for 30 seconds with a paperclip or similar item. The device will reboot which takes about 1-2 minutes to fully complete.

If the sim was inserted correctly and the device was able to autodetect the APN device should look like this (Net will be blinking if connected)-

If the device was unable to acquire a connection you can double-check the APN settings by following these simple steps below!

  1. Factory reset device

 2. Connect a phone/tablet/computer to your Hotspot

3.Enter the Web IP found on the label located on the bottom of the device(192.168.1.1-Infinity V4)(Dynami V4 192.168.100.1) default password is admin

The IMEI for the V4 is on the admin page under S/N. The S/N # on the bottom of the device is not the IMEI of the device.

To access APN settings for the V4 Model that looks like this:

Please type this in the URL field of your browser: 192.168.1.1/index.html#apn_setting -For the Infinity model, you'll see the infinity symbol on the bottom.

  1. Change mode from auto to Manual 
  2. Click Add New
  3. PDP type IPV4
  4. Profile Name(OTR Mobile) 
  5. Enter APN Needed  
  • T-Mobile
    • Verify Plan Code
  • AT&T
    • broadband
    • vpn.accessmylan.net 
  • Verizon 200Gb - So01.VZWSTATIC
  • Verizon 100- tracfone.vzwentp

5.Click apply then set as default(If the set as default and apply button are greyed out all you have to do is refresh the page and make sure you are only connected to the V4). APN is now set! (Or try turning off the LTE Connect Status button on the main page in green)

6.Lastly click reset connection at the top of the screen

  2. The customer will not see an option to "Add New" You cannot Add APNs on this Model you must EDIT one from the 'Profile Field' drop-down menu the customer can choose any out of the options provided and once one is selected you can have the place their cursor in the Profile Name & APN fields
