Please follow the step by step process as follows to unlock your device:

Step 1:Insert your new SIM card.

Step 2:Power on, and connect to your device.

Step 3:For Velocity 2 and Nighthawk: Go to http://attwifimanager & set up your device.

            For Homebase: Go to http://att.wirelessinternet & set up your device.

Note: Some devices will have an “enter unlock code” message pop up as soon as you log in. You can enter the code there. If not, continue with step 4.

Step 4: Go to settings, and select the Security tab.

Step 5: Go to SIM Security

Step 6: Click "Enter Unlock Code"

Step 7: Enter the unlock code provided, you should see a green box that says Unlock Code Accepted.

Step 8: If you see a red box that says Unlock Code Invalid, double-check that you entered the code correctly.

Step 9: Check your device and make sure that the light is blinking blue and you can connect via a wifi connection.
