Device guide for RUTX11
Basic Knowledge

How to access the internal settings of a Teltonika device (RutX11)
- Connect to the RUTX11 using either wireless or Ethernet connection.
- Factory reset the device (if needed) by holding the reset button on the device for 10 seconds. The device will then reboot.
- Go to 192.168.1.1
- Default Username: admin/ Default Password: admin01
- It will make you change the password, so you will need to factory reset the device if this does not work.
How to enable automatic sim switch
- While logged into the devices internal settings go to Network>Mobile>Sim switch
- Enable Automatic sim switching (This will allow the device to swap sims depending on which is better in your location at the time)
How to change the APN
- While logged into the devices internal settings go to Network>WAN
- MOB1S1A1 is SIM 1- MOB1S2A1 is SIM 2
- Click the Pencil Icon on the SIM you need to change the APN on
- Toggle off Auto APN
- Click the APN drop-down menu and select custom
- Enter the APN for the corresponding plan
- It will look like this
How to view your estimated usage
- While logged into the devices internal settings go to Status>Mobile Usage
- You can now view by Day, Week, or Month
- Keep in mind this is only an estimate, the best way for a customer to check usage is always with us.
How to view your Mobile information such as IMEI
- While logged into the devices internal settings go to Status>Network>Mobile
How to Factory Reset the device
- While logged into the devices internal settings go to System>Administration>General
- At the bottom, click restore to factory default
- You can also factory reset the device by holding the button on the front of the device for 30 seconds
How to change the SSID
- While logged into the devices internal settings go to Network>Wireless
- Click the pencil icon next to the Network Name you would like to change
- Under General, Setup ESSID can be changed to the Network name you would like
- To change the password go to Wireless security in the same location and change the password to whatever you want
- Click Save & Apply
