Factory Reset You will need to hold the reset button down for a full 10 seconds or until the lights on the device go off. Once the device resets it will display 2 blue lights on the 5.8G & the 2.4G lights on the device.   Once your Beam is back on your will need to connect to the device with a computer, laptop, or tablet and pull up a web browser.

This device utilizes the standard size SIM card. To insert the SIM card in the device the gold side will be facing the ground and you will place the end with the notch in first. Factory Reset The customer will need to remove the SIM card from the device, then hold the reset button down for a full 10 seconds or until the lights on the device go off.
